Start Mother’s Day off right this year with this delicious Mother’s Day Breakfast Pizza recipe from our friends at Wewalka. We love the fresh refrigerated dough from Wewalka, we used it in our test kitchen to try out all kinds of recipes in our Pizza & More oven and loved the quality, flavor, and texture…and Mom will too!
The best thing about this recipe is not only that Mom will love it…but there will be enough to share, so you can maybe have a slice too!

Mother’s Day Breakfast Pizza
A super easy breakfast or brunch pizza that will start Mother’s Day off on a yummy note!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Wewalka Bistro Pizza Dough (Available Nationwide at your favorite groceries)
- 6 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon crisply cooked, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 scallion diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk eggs and heavy cream together in a bowl. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet and add egg mixture. Cook, lifting gently and stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, 2-3 minutes or until set. Remove from heat and set aside.

Unroll refrigerated Wewalka Bistro Pizza Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on Pizza & More pizza pan. Top with 4 slices of cheese, cooked eggs, bacon, red pepper, and scallion. Cut remaining 2 slices cheese into quarters; separate pieces. Place cheese pieces over pizza.

Bake in Ronco Pizza & More oven for 10-13 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with cilantro, slice and serve.
